Recipe for my Vegan Pumpkin Pie Spiced Smoothie - 1/2 cup organic pumpkin purée  - 1/2 cup almond milk ( or any non-dairy milk) - 1/4 cup water  - 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice - 1 teaspoon cinnamon - Stevia to taste - add ice cubes until desired thickness, I added a lot, around 6
Then blend and enjoy!
You can also add banana, avocado, or chia seeds to make it thicker
I topped mine with more cinnamon and toasted sunflower seeds, but any toppings such as any nuts or even coconut I’m sure would be yummy
